Narrative
Biographical Sketch
William's parents were Stephen and Patience Fargo Maples of New London County, Connecticut.
His siblings were John; Stephen; Sarah; and Mary.
William married Prudence Comstock in Halifax County, Virgina in 1748. According to my records this union produced eight children: Josiah; Noah; John; Mary; Joseph; and William Comstock.
William then married Joanna Stebbins in 1769 in Lyme, New London County, Connecticut.
Again according to my records this marriage produced eleven children: Daniel; Lodovic; Joseph; Sarah; Lucretia; Jabez; Able; Isabel; Mercy; Eunice; and Eleanor.
Willam served in the American Revolution as a PS.
