Biographical Sketch
Mary Polly Porter was the daughter of Andrew Porter and Martha Mary Gleaves of Wythe County Virginia
Polly Porter married Stephen Gose on 15 Dec 1816 in Wythe County, Virginia. Children: Malinda b. 1819, Elizabeth C. b. 1820, George Robert b. 1822 d. 1894 in Texas.
Note: Marriage: Wythe County, Virginia, Page 227 Polly Porter Gose married David Jones Pickle 14 Nov 1831 in Wythe CO VA after Stephen Gose died 6 Oct 1824.
David Pickle born 16 May 1799, Wythe Co, VA, he died 08 Oct 1888 Thompson Station, Williamson Co, TN.
A daughter, Amy Pickle was b. 1839.
